[Line Type Table] Dialog Box
On [Line Type Table] dialog box, you can modify the following settings.
[Pitch Proportional With Line Width (d=width)]
In RootPro CAD, line type pitches (line and interval lengths) are determined by the product of a pitch factor defined by line type and the constant d. When selecting a line type for the shape as the constant d, the pitch will become proportional to the line width of the shape. Therefore, shapes using the same line type may have different line type pitches, due to different line widths.
[Pitch Not Proportional With Line Width]
In RootPro CAD, line type pitches (line and pitch lengths) are determined by the product of a pitch factor defined by line type and the constant d. When selecting a specified value for the constant d, pitches are always fixed to the same value, not proportional to line widths. When specifying the constant d, input a value in [d =] box. When the d value is set to "1.0", the pitch coefficient will be the line type pitch.
[Line Type List]
Displays standard line types from Nos. 1 to 15, and user-defined line types. Pitches with odd numbers will be line lengths, and those with even numbers will be gap lengths.
The * mark is displayed at the beginning of the line of the line type used in the drawing.
Moves a selected user-defined line type upward.
Moves a selected user-defined line type downward.
[Add]
Click it to add a user-defined line type specified in [Line Type Name], [Pitches] (No. of lines and gaps), [Pitch Coefficient] (length between lines and gaps) boxes to the line type list.
[Modify]
Select and click a user-defined line type in the line type list to modify the details of the selected user-defined line type.
[Delete]
Select and click a user-defined line type in the line type list to delete it.
However, you cannot delete a user-defined line type being used.
