Entering Coordinate Values by Specifying Guide Points

When entering coordinate values for coordinate parameters in [Drawing] or [Edit] command, or editing shapes by clicking the tracker handle for the selection tracker, you can add a temporary guide point at a desired position. The guide point can be snapped, or used as the base point for inputting relative coordinates.

Adding guide point

When entering coordinate values for coordinate parameters in [Drawing] or [Edit] command, or editing shapes by clicking the tracker handle for the selection tracker, press Ctrl key on the keyboard. A new guide point will be added, and a mark will be displayed.

If shape snap for points is valid, snap to an added guide point. The guide point will also be a base point for inputting relative coordinates for coordinate parameters in [Drawing] or [Edit] command.

Deleting guide point

Move the cursor on the added guide point and press Ctrl key on the keyboard to delete the guide point.

Supplemental
When pressing Ctrl key while the point is snapped to the end point or intersection of the shape, a guide point will be added to the snapped position.
Executing a command, or exiting operation of the handle of the selection tracker automatically deletes guide points.
