Entering Coordinate Values for Relative Point as Coordinate Parameters

Specify a relative point by inputting the distance along X and Y axes from the specified base point to input its coordinate values as coordinate parameters.

  1. Select coordinate parameters on Command Window.
  2. Click [Relative Point] on the toolbar on Command Window.
    Command parameters for [Relative Point] will be displayed.
  3. Click the base point on the drawing.

    ▪ You can specify the base point by inputting X and Y coordinates in [Base Point] box on Command Window.
  4. Input the distances from the base point along X and Y axes in [Length X axially] and [Length Y axially] boxes on Command Window.
    A relative point will be specified, whose coordinate values will be input as coordinate parameters on Command Window.

▪ You can quickly enter [Relative Point] by allocating a short-cut key.
