Opening Jw_cad Drawing File (JWC/JWW)
- On [File] menu, Click [Import] - [Import JWW/JWC File].
[Open] dialog box will be displayed.
- Select a Jw_cad drawing file, and click [Open] button.
The selected Jw_cad drawing file will be opened.

▪ | When opening a Jw_cad file in RootPro CAD, layer groups from 0 to F in Jw_cad will be loaded after being exploded to part drawings. At the same time, layer groups from 0 to F will be prepared, and layers under the same name will be created in each group. When a layer has no data, its layer or layer group will not be created. The layer group 0 can be converted to paper in the load setting, only when the scale is 1/1. |
▪ | Blocks with attributes of part drawings in SXF are converted to part drawings in RootPro CAD. For the part drawing of the geodetic coordinate system, set the character string "$$SXF_FG" to the explanation of the part drawing. |
▪ | Blocks with attributes of drawing groups in SXF are exploded. |
▪ | Blocks containing shapes with arrows such as dimensions and points are converted after being exploded to general shapes. |
▪ | Line widths set for shapes are registered as user-defined line widths in order of data to the extent possible. Widths exceeding a registrable number are registered as No. 1. Data using basic widths with "Set the line width in 1/100mm" activated are registered as user-defined line widths to the extent possible. Widths exceeding a registrable number are registered as No. 1. Data using basic widths with "Set the line width in 1/100mm" deactivated are converted as follows. |

If there is a value representing "shadow" in the text flag of Jw_cad, "ShadowDrawing" is set to the attribute name of the text of RootPro CAD and "Z" is set to the attribute value. If there is a value representing "true north" in the text attribute flag of Jw_cad, "ShadowDrawing" is set to the attribute name of the text of RootPro CAD and "DueNorth" is set to the attribute value. |
