Creating Intersection

Create a point at a position where two shapes intersect.
Shapes that can be used to create an intersection are: lines, polylines, circles, arcs, ellipses, elliptical arcs, B-Splines, infinite lines and rays.

  1. Point [Point] on [Shape] menu, and click [Intersection].
    Then you will be able create an intersection.
    2. Supplemental
    ▪ You can enter into the intersection creating status by clicking on [Shape] toolbar.
  2. Click the first shape.
  3. Click the second shape.
    An intersection will be created at the position where two shapes intersect.
    4. Supplemental
    ▪ For lines, arcs, elliptical arcs and rays, an intersection with other shape is created by extending their line.
    ▪ If there are multiple positions where shapes intersect, intersections will be created at all positions.
    ▪ When selecting the same polyline or B-Spline, a self-intersection will be created.
