Adjusting Line Length
Adjust the line length of the specified shape.
Shapes whose line length can be adjusted are lines, polylines, arcs, and elliptical arcs.
The following 4 methods can be used to adjust the line length.
- Adjusting the line length at the intersection with other shape.
- Adjusting the line length at the specified point.
- Specifying a length of the line to adjust.
- Adjusting the line to the specified length.
- Click [Line Adjustment] on [Edit] menu.
Then you will be able to adjust a line.

You can enter into the line adjusting status by clicking on [Edit] toolbar. |
- Click a shape whose line is to be adjusted.
The shape will be adjusted at the endpoint clicked, based on the midpoint of the area displayed on the window.
- Specify the line adjustment method in [Specifying Method] on Command Window.
Shape
Adjusts the line length based on the intersection with the specified shape.
Point
Adjusts the line length based on a specified point.
Length
Adjusts the line by the specified length.
Adjusted Length
Adjusts the line to the specified length.
When specifying other shape
- Click a shape to be the base for line adjustment.
The line length will be adjusted based on the intersection with the selected shape.
When specifying a desired point
- Click a point to be the base for line adjustment on the drawing.
The line length will be adjusted based on the specified point.

When specifying a length to be adjusted
- Input a length to be adjusted in [Length] box on Command Window.
The line will be adjusted by the specified length.
When specifying the line length
- Input the line length in [Length] box on Command Window.
The line will be adjusted to the specified length.
